Orders & Shipping
Where do you ship from?
We work with trusted global fulfillment partners to ship your order as efficiently as possible, wherever you are.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes. We ship worldwide. Shipping options, delivery estimates, and rates are shown at checkout based on your location.
How long will my order take?
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days (Monday–Friday).
Estimated delivery times after dispatch:
- United States: 5–8 business days
- Europe: 5–10 business days
- Rest of World: 6–12 business days
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on customs and carrier delays.
How much is shipping?
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location and selected shipping method.
We may occasionally offer free shipping promotions.
Will I receive tracking information?
Yes. Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number by email.
Please allow 1–3 days for tracking updates to appear.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Email us as soon as possible at info@wildforher.com with your order number.
If your order has not yet been processed, we’ll do our best to modify or cancel it.
Do I have to pay customs or import fees?
International orders may be subject to customs fees, duties, or taxes determined by your country.
These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not controlled or refunded by wildforher.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup availability may vary depending on the collection or launch period.
Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy?
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery.
Items must be:
- Unworn
- Unwashed
- With original tags attached
- Free of stains, deodorant marks, perfume, makeup, pet hair, or damage
Do you offer refunds?
Yes. Approved returns can be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Who pays for return shipping?
If the return is due to sizing, preference, or change of mind, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs.
If you received the wrong item or a defective product, wildforher will cover the return shipping cost.
Do you offer exchanges?
Yes. Exchanges are available based on stock availability.
Once your return is approved and received, your exchange order will be processed and shipped with updated tracking information.
What items are final sale?
The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Underwear
- Socks
- Gift cards
- Limited edition drops
- Any marked final sale items
Do you accept international returns?
Yes. International customers may return eligible items following our return policy guidelines.
How do I report a damaged or incorrect item?
Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wildforher.com with your order number and photos of the issue.

Sizing & Care
How do I find my size?
Please refer to our Size Guide available on each product page.
If you are between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for a more comfortable fit.
How do I care for my pieces?
- Cold wash only
- Wash inside out
- Gentle cycle
- Do not bleach
- Lay flat to dry
Proper care helps preserve fabric softness, stretch, and shape.
Payments & Gift Cards
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept major credit/debit cards and popular digital payment methods available at checkout.
Do you offer gift cards?
Yes. Digital gift cards are delivered by email and can be used online.
Products & Availability
An item I want is sold out. Will it restock?
Some core styles may restock, while limited drops may not return once sold out.
You can sign up for restock notifications directly on the product page.
How often do you release new products?
New arrivals and collections are released throughout the year.
