Return & Refund Policy

At wildforher, we want you to feel confident in every piece you order. If something isn’t quite right, we accept returns within 14 days of delivery.

Items must be:

  • Unworn
  • Unwashed
  • In original condition
  • With all tags attached
  • Free of stains, odors, makeup, deodorant marks, pet hair, or damage

Any item returned that does not meet these conditions may be refused.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method. Please allow 2–5 business days for processing once the return arrives at our facility.

Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Store Credit

Customers may also choose to receive store credit instead of a refund. Store credit is issued digitally and does not expire.

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges based on product availability. If you would like a different size or color, please contact us before returning your item.

Once your return is approved and received, your exchange item will be shipped with updated tracking information.

Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • The wrong item was received
  • The item arrived damaged or defective

We recommend using a tracked shipping method, as wildforher is not responsible for lost return packages.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos of the issue.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Underwear
  • Socks
  • Gift cards
  • Limited drops or marked final sale items

International Returns

We accept international returns. Please note that international customers are responsible for all return shipping fees, duties, and customs charges associated with the return.
