Returns & Exchanges Policy

We want you to love your pieces. If something isn’t quite right, we accept eligible returns and exchanges within 14 days of delivery.

Eligibility

To be eligible for a return or exchange, items must:

  • be unworn and unwashed
  • have all original tags attached
  • be free of stains, odors, deodorant marks, makeup, pet hair, or damage
  • be returned in original packaging when possible

Items that do not meet these conditions may be rejected and returned to sender.

Returns

Eligible returns may be refunded to the original payment method or issued as store credit.

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless:

  • the incorrect item was received
  • the item arrived damaged or defective

Exchanges

We currently offer exchanges for eligible items within 14 days of delivery.

Once your exchange request is approved and your original item is received, your new item will be shipped with updated tracking information.

Customers are responsible for exchange shipping costs unless the exchange is due to a defective item or an error on our end.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Final Sale Items

The following items are final sale and cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • underwear
  • socks
  • gift cards
  • limited edition or limited drop items
  • marked final sale items

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info@wildforher.

Please include:

  • your order number
  • multiple clear photos of the issue
  • packaging photos if applicable

International Returns

We accept international returns on eligible items.

Please note:

  • return shipping, duties, and customs fees are the responsibility of the customer unless the return is due to an error on our end
  • original shipping charges are non-refundable

Processing Time

Please allow 2–4 business days for your return to be processed once received.

Refund timing may vary depending on your payment provider.

Lost or Stolen Packages

wildforher is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered by the carrier.

If you experience a delivery issue, we recommend contacting the shipping carrier directly.
